While on mobile, errors are showing behind the recording button making them unable to be viewed by end user

As a user, I would like to be able to view errors on mobile breakpoints while looking at 'Original' tab, so that I can understand the error and work to resolve it accordingly.
Replicate Steps:
- On Browser open Dev Tools
- Open Mobile breakpoints
- Click record button on 'Original' Tab
- Do not allow microphone
- Not allowing microphone will throw an error which is showing behind record button instead of in front making it hard to see/understand the error.
Likely this way for other errors

We were able to reproduce this bug and have pushed a fix. The alert now displays at the top of the screen above other UI elements and can be dismissed.
